We are delighted to have you as our valued customer. Please take a moment to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions governing the installation of Starlink Satellite Internet services by Internet Installers of Georgia.

Scope of Service

1.1. Internet Installers of Georgia, offers independent installation services using the Starlink satellite system.
1.2. These terms and conditions pertain to the installation of the Starlink satellite dish and router, provided by Internet Installers of Georgia.

Service Availability

2.1. Service availability is subject to geographical restrictions. You must confirm service availability at your location before placing an order.
2.2. Installation will be scheduled based on availability and feasibility at your address through Internet Installers of Georgia.
2.3. In the event that the installation cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances or location-related issues, you may be eligible for a refund of up to half of the installation fee.
2.4. Additional drive fees may apply for installations conducted outside of our serviceable area.
2.5 Please ensure that dish placement will not violate any existing rule, including HOA and property owner rules or ordinances. Including but limited to gate access, weekend or other restrictions.

Installation Process

3.1. Before scheduling an installation, customers must have received their Starlink kit and tested its signal to ensure proper functionality. If no signal is available, please contact us prior to your installation appointment.
3.2. Our  technicians from Internet Installers of Georgia will then install the Starlink satellite dish and router at your location.
3.3. You must provide clear access to your property, including any required gate access, the installation site, for our technicians.
3.4. Roof and yard installations may require a mount that does not come with the standard Starlink kit. Mounts can be purchased through Starlink. Customers may also purchase mounts through Internet Installers of Georgia for a markup.
3.5. Installations that involve drilling into the roof may require ongoing maintenance and periodic inspections to ensure continued functionality. By using this service, you hereby agree that Internet Installers of Georgia is not liable for any damage as a result of natural wear and tear or, without limitation, any actions by you or any third party that may disturb, damage or destroy the equipment or the structure to which it is attached. Additional fees for supplies involving roof installations may apply.

Fees and Payment

4.1. You agree to pay the installation fee to Internet Installers of Georgia no later than the completion of the installation, which will be communicated to you during the order process.
4.2. Payment methods accepted by Internet Installers of Georgia include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified by the company.

Equipment Ownership and Warranty

5.1. The satellite kit required for installation must be purchased through Starlink, Inc.
5.2. Any issues with the equipment itself, including warranty claims, repairs and problems with the signal, must be addressed directly with Starlink, Inc. Internet Installers of Georgia is not responsible for any equipment-related issues.

Cancellations and Refunds

6.1. If you wish to cancel your installation, please refer to the Cancellation Policy outlined in your Service Agreement with Internet Installers of Georgia.
6.2. Refunds for installation fees will only be provided if cancellation occurs within the stipulated refund window specified by Internet Installers of Georgia.

Service Relocation

7.1. If you need to relocate your Starlink service provided by Internet Installers of Georgia, please contact our customer support for assistance and possible relocation options.
7.2. Relocation fees may apply.

Governing Law

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.

Amendments to Terms

9.1. Internet Installers of Georgia reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

By proceeding with the installation through Internet Installers of Georgia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
